hi, is there anyway at all the use a D-pad with true crime streets of la?

dunno if it is possible.

with a gamepad you cannot aim, run and shoot at the same time..

i know, all i want to do is drive :p, i cant change controls with d-pad, so i was wondering if there is a mod to get d-pad to work
