cant uninstall real player

hi, i dl real player gold off overnet, i installed it and i couldnt get it to open, so i then tried to uninstall it and it keeps giving a message uninstaller component missing. i then removed the icons from my all programs menu and deleted the folder from program files, but in my add or remove programs menu it still shows real player and i cant remove it because the message keeps popping up. what can i do to get rid of it??

1. Delete all program files for Real Player
2. Use a program like Tune Up Utilites, or something else to delete the entry from your add/remove programs
3. Use a registry cleaner to get rid of all the unused realplayer entries
