Skin & Language Don't Work?

Here's one for the webmasters, I guess...

How come Skin & Language don't work?


When trying Language I only get English (which is ok for me).

At Skin it only gives "IBF Skin Set (NEW)".
When trying that one it opens www.k-lite.tk board, in blue!


Are those under construction?
