Uploading Avatars

OK, tried to upload my avater (54.2kb gif image) but will not allow me to upload, just get message saying
"upload failed, email a board administrator"

I have tried just straight jpeg images but won't work, yet I had previously uploaded an image when I first joined 2 weeks ago

Change the dimensions to 64 x 64,it has to be that size.

Yeah, I changed the dimensions in "my controls", but cannot upload. Do I need to do something else to get my other advatars up?

The maximum size is 5 KB, I think. Optimize your avatar with your image-software.

think about the 56K Users .. they need 12 seconds just to load your nicpic ...

Paul, I resized in Microsoft Photo Editor, but lost animation. How do I keep the animation going after resizing?

I got the same prob, i useing a swf file but settings are for 64x64 but its not showing, i using mine link to my site so i not uploading it

Animation Shop (comes with Paint Shop Pro) can resize your anims
