Nah, just get behind a good firewall, or a couple if you're especially worried, and let them wear themselves out. Run housecall and AVG (free) or download Pc-cillin and run them often. Run Ad-Aware every day.
But most of all -- Keep Sharing! Encourage others to do the same! Don't let anyone scare you away from this, because that's the only way they can win.
