I had a tough time getting Vista and XP to dual-boot, but this guide seemed to do it for me. Hope this helps! :)

I shouldn't have deinstalled xp to install Vista. I might put xp back on anyway as Vista won't recognize my sata card.
Thanks for the link.

Man i was thinking about doing this but after reading the first two paragraphs i'm worried that i will screw things up.

i have 2 hardrives so what would happen if i just installed vista onto the opposite drive from the one xp is installed on?

How well does it run after you set up dual-boot? I've heard of poor vista performance...but maybe thats because of system specs..

I will give this a try this weekend. It pretty much sounds the same when people were loading 2000 and XP
