Battlefield :
I download Battlefield 1942 (two bin files), i have burned them on two cds and i have few errors while burning (files missing, maps particularly), i try "retry icon" or "ignore icon" and at the end, it says that ther is a mistake and it ends the setup process... So, do the file i downloaded are corrupted and do i need to download another ones or did i forget to do something during the extract process or somthing like that ?
Mafia :
I downloaded the three bin files of Mafia but when i start the setup process, it says :"please insert the CD1" and of course, that one is inserted ! So If there something i forgot to download or to do ?

See this exactly why we need a Questions/Issues Topic within the Verified Section so that these types of questions can be asked since the issues seem to arise off the verified section downloads. But questions should be asked strictly related to downloaded verifieds. I find myself in these type of predicaments from time to time...again this is my thought as I have seen several others feel the same way. I may be a K-Lite God, but without the power :(
it happens when you dont name the cds correctly....

Just one last question : I had the idea of "the wrong name of the cd" but what is the correct one, the original one of the true mafia version ? Thank u

Why not download Daemon Tools, and mount the images on virtual cdroms and install or burn as cd to cd. The virtual drives will show the correct name in explorer............
anyone knows if its already possible to play battlefield online?

I know that u can apply the patch 1.1 if u download the crack version of the patch but, recently, cos' of 2 much bugs on the servers, a patch v 1.2 has beeen released... You can still play with the 1.1 version but it may be awful... For the ptch 1.2, i don't know if u can apply it or not...

I have the same problem with Battlefield 1942, still haven't got it to work.
For Mafia there's a crack on the first cd that you need to copy to get the game to work.

i figure I will toss my two bits in anyway if its going to be moved...
You can play Battlefield 1942 over the net if you happen to have a verified CD key also =) And, as my friend found out, downloading BF1942 and buying Road to Rome hoping the Road to Rome cd key will let you play on the net, well it doesnt, lol.
On the other hand, me and a few friends successfully did play on a LAN, hehe.

Hahaha... Suckers... I've managed to crack the Serial Online Veriication.... I downloaded BF 1942 and I'm playing it online!
