I just noticed the addition of some rules at the top of each section. Is this referring to files or everything that could be copyrighted? I link to all sorts of stuff, movie reviews, DVD pictures, etc. Is any of this stuff allowed? Linking is not wrong is it? I was simply trying to speed up everyone's own searches by pointing them to the site with the best info. Is linking to a site stealing or infringing upon copyrights? Please help me as I would like to insure I follow the rules. Thanks in advance.

Direct Download Links to copyrighted software are illegal.

Links like: ftp://127.0.0.1/-=Appz=-/Photoshop7.rar etc.

Sig2dat links are ok, cause you don't have directly a download source ...

Pictures etc. can you use.

i changed the description to copyrighted software / music

No, way to much REIGN there, I will do as I think I should, doing what I want to do can always be more trouble than it was worth in the first place, conscience, morals, ethics and common sense (all of which when used in moderation of course :P ) are normally the keepers of my soul.
