Add.remove

I am using winxp and i recently tried to uninstall some programs that i dont use and for some reason i cannot uninstall anything.It has the normal view when u click on add.remove but there is no tab to click remove what can i do?I have done a system restore and no good.

You might check and make sure you have administrative rights over those files. Will it let you log in as administrator and remove the programs?
