How To Talk To FB Staff?

I need to talk to FB staff, but their iRC "bounced" me off, because my Nick is am not registered with thier iRC.
Can anyone help me To get a hold of the FB staff? I heard they are really CoooL

I don't know FB....but you were likely bounced from their irc server since you weren't +r or registered. If the server has nickserv, you can register after connecting by typing for example:

/ns register password youremail@xx.com (http://blank)
confirm the email by clicking the link when you receive it.
now you can identify when you join server by typing:
/ns identify password

get mirc so you can choose a nickname...
