vista downgrade

My brother bought a new pc and is already pretty sick of vista.

Is there any way to downgrade a legitimate copy of vista to xp or am i gonna have to install a cracked copy.

Format and install should work pretty well.
Personally I like Vista. I'll like it much more once I get used to finding things on it though.

Vista was designed so that you CANNOT downgrade :( Format and install XP is the only way I know of to do it. Next time, partition your hard drive and dual boot :)
