need help! something ive never seen!!

please if anybody can help me. i very rarly restart my comp but for the last few weeks ive been getting an odd message before my comp loads windows. when the messages loads i just restart it again and windows loads. yesterday morning i had to restart my comp and the messages appears but this time no matter how many times i restart windows doesnt load. the message stay there till i press a key then it just does to a black screen. below is a pic of the message

Perhaps it's some sort of boot virus.

Could be a older boot sector virus (Like a stoned variant) , or more likely bad video ram. try another video card & see if windoze boots
