I need to know how to hide the files I'm sharing while still sharing them, I've been playing around with it and haven't figured it out yet

I believe the privacy patch is now built into Klite. Check the options, its there. :)

Options>Other Options>Highlight K++ options> Check "Prevent other users getting a list of my files"
