Neverwinter Nights Textures Problem

Hello all, hope this is in the right section...

I downloaded the Neverwinter nights images from the hashes in another post, and the only problem I had was that the texture pack files failed the crc check during install, and incidentally cause the game to crash if running in any modes higher than 16bit (very oldschool...). If anyone has NWN installed, would they be so kind as to either send me or put on kazaa and make hashes for the TEXTURES_TPA.ERF and TEXTURES_TPC.ERF? I realize I havent posted much except one list of hashes, but I have been sharing a ton since I joined the board, an entire 60 gig hd dedicated to sharing files, so I have been doing something!

A side note - anyone having problems with the cd images on kazaa, be aware that NWN uses copy protection on their cds, so burning the images to cd will cause problems if the copy protection isnt resolved, even if the game runs fine from your computer after extracting the images.

Posted correctly, guess I was not the only one with this same issue. Even ran into similar issues with LOTR-pc game as well. Gave up on searching for solutions. If you find one post back or even list it under tips :D

The problem has to lie (in my opinion) to the corrupted setup files that spread over kazaa, so even if there actually are GOOD files out there, when you download it from 8 different people, the chances of them all having the good file is very slim.

I know if someone has the game working (even if they bought the game, it doesnt have to be from an image they downloaded) that putting the correct texture files into the game will solve the problem. There's somebody out there that has them, the question is how do we get them to share <_<

Thanks to smellycat, a board member here, I got a new texture file ( I only needed one of them) and now everything works! If anyone having the same problem wants an explanation, dont hesitate to ask.
