Removing Black Borders

can someone give me a guide to do this in tmpgenc plus? theres nothing more annoying that trying to watch a good film and its tiny with unesscerary black borders

IF it wont do it auto..press the settins button>advanced>video arrange method>no margin keep aspect ratio>then double click Clip frame then use the top and bottum buttons to cut the top and bottum borders off>ok andf make sure clip frame is ticked

Just to make sure its all ok goto the top file>preview before u encode it all
