is this for NTSC or PAL televisions? I am getting conflicting answers... Im tlaking about the versions in the 600mb's not the 100mb's ones

if its not PAL can someone tell me a good version of the hulk around the 700mb's, not above I only have 700mb disks and preferably 3 disks or less and already encoded into PAL

It doesn't matter what the source of the file is you just have to burn it in a format that is compatible for the type of player u r using.

For example the source of the VCD Hulk files i'm using is pal because the res is 320x288 but when i go to burn (author) the .mpeg file with nero i just make sure that nero is set to write to the cd in NTSC format so I can watch it.

So it doesnt matter what it is as long as nero is set to your television type?
