DC++ Which hubs are the best as far as movies are concerned ?

I was told that Swedish and Finnish hubs are the best. Best speeds and the rest.

What do you think , which hubs in your opinion are the best for downloading different movies. Any names...

btw I'm a newbie as far as DC++ is concerned
