try to limit your utorrent upload, or offload some traffic on a seedbox XD

The board was down a month or so ago due to ddos attacks, but we've since upgraded and gotten ddos protection, something we never thought we'd need. :dabs:
There were some upgrades being done by the host yesterday. rossco requested an upgrade of Apache and MySQL and the host botched it.... took a while to clean everything up and complete the upgrades.
