Kingpin

I downloaded kingpin off kazaa but when i run it all the tectures are red and black squares, i know that the only graphics mode you can run it in is open gl (which i thought my card could support) so i just put it down to that. My graphics card is an Ati rage mobility 8 meg of ram so you can see why i thought this was the problem.

I even downloaded the Demo from the official site (incase it was a problem with the rip) and the demo looked exactly the same.

My friend got the same file of me and he knows that his card runs open gl (he plays half life in open gl) and the same thing happened to him.

i run windows 2000 and he runs xp i wonder if thats the prob as its quite an old game.

A. has anyone else had this problem

B. does anyone know how to fix it.

I had the same problem at first. You need to open the MS-DOS batch file it came with. I think it was called setup.bat, it'll extract the textures. Thats what I did and the game works fine for me.
