Yahoo! informs that the RIAA plans to "put" an "amnesty" on people who earlier shared illegal files if they will destroy all copyright material which is in theirs possession and phisicaly destroy drives with protected content, and which are illegal.
Also you would need to send a special questionnaire in which you'll need to put your personal data and a photo of you.
On the other hand, if you are already sued by them, you can't do anything.
