I have XP and I have a decent key generator, what do I do next? Do I need to use a new key and call and register it for XP Pro or just put in the new key? :blink:

I guess I have to install XP Pro first before I can follow that process you mentioned... What a frieken hassle! :o

Misread question. <BLUSH>

THought you had XP and wanted to change key to SP1.

To install XP_PRO_CORP, register with one of the standard keys.

Well at least you know what to do to upgrade to SP1.

I've got Pro Corp burned as an ISO onto a CD. All I need to do is use any of the common keys out there like the numerously used: FCKGW-RHQQ2-YXRKT-8TG6W-2B7Q8 Is that right? :blink:

that serial is now blacklisted by microsoft.if you need some ones that will work let me know :)
