Look, here's the deal. Jazz lovers are less that five percent of Kazaa Lite users. That's a fact. If you want to share jazz files, you'll have to get online. I am trying to stay online at least 10 hours a day. Users have downloaded qualifty jazz files from my drive.

But there are not enough jazz lovers out there to creat a user base for downloading a significant number of files.

Please support Kazaa Lite. As an inducement to support Kazaa Lite, let me leave you with this link, which is a mixed bag of outstanding content. Remember, share your files. It's the only way.

Thats a fair comment - i suppose the majority of users are mostly interested in films/games/music - (mostly modern music though). Also the rare oldie films black/white, musicals etc are hard to find.
So, good suggestion freddydwight :)

Yeah, since audiogalaxy went down, it's been slim pickins for lots of music genres. We need to encourage someone to get something like that going again. It was the only place to find rare mp3's.

I got to your Shuffletown site, but Don't know how to download. Do I use Kazaa? If so how?

No, you dont need KaZaA - just follow his links to the music of your choice and download into your shared folder so that others on the KaZaA network can enjoy them :D

@freddydwight
Just had a more thorough look at your site & links - very good material. This weekend when i am not working, i shall start DL'ing some of that good stuff - nice site ;)

Tried seven links, got seven dead ends. Too bad...considering the potential. :(

I only have 370 jazz files out of 5700 mp3s (I guess a few more if you count some of the Keith Jarrett/Jan Garbarek things that I put in the 'solo piano' or 'general new age' folders) but it seems like those represent a disproportionately large percentage of uploads. I suppose that I could post those in verifieds, if you like, but I'm kind of down on sig2dat as an effective search tool these days. It seems like anything commonly sourced is easy to find, and anything rare is impossible to find, so it doesnt matter if there is a verified or not for an item that only I & possibly a few others have, no one will find it anyway.

At least that's been my experience with some of the rare old movies I've posted hashes for. :(

...and that's exactly what I dislike about that whole PL thing, it only leads to more and more mainstream. Try to acquire some more elaborate taste, and you're down sooner than you can type "Mekanik Destruktiw Kommandöh" B)
