I downloaded the AC3 codec but then the box came up asking me what program to use to open it. What do you use. Please help

I think it has a .rar extension. Download Winrar or Winace from kazaa.
After extracting double click on the .bat file if you have win95 or win98 or double click on the .cmd file if you have winnt, win2000 or win xp.

I suggest winrar over winace. Overall, it is a better proggie and less annoying.
