The 2004 in french is not ready you can get the old version in french from here

Is it a plugin, or the entire software you are talking about?

As much as I know it's not a free software so takin into account that your link is from the developper's site, I'll probably get a dodgy version <_< .

Is not a plugin ,is the previous version of Dreamweaver ,you must register to download it but you can register with a dodgy e-mail like asdf.hjg@yahoo.com....When you got the trial you go to andr and get the crack for the french version.
