should i get a 80 gb external one? just where to store other stuff music,movies, everything else cuz i think i have the smallest one here i have an 18 gb hard drive currently should i get the external??

External harddrives are alright I guess, but I wouldnt recommend them. If you drop them or spill something on them or who know what--- they dont last near as long as an internal harddrive.

I have heard that externals arent wortht he money, the only thing they have is ease of transporting them.But if its really that much of a problem just take out your internal and carry that in an antistatic bag and take that with ya....

I have a Maxtor 30gig 7200 in use, and also a WD 20gig 5400 that i dont currently use.....
