Apologies if this has already been posted.
I always use Speedup/FTA with Kazaa so instead of opening kazaa then speedup I just open Speedup ensuring that in Speedup Setting "FastTrack Client to open" is set to Kazaa and I also change the shortcut icon of Speedup to the Kazaa.exe icon so it feels more appropriate.
Like I said, it aint ground breaking, but it'll do! :P
