I Want To Make My Own Php Scripts!

I'm tired of using pre-made php scripts.So does any1 have an understandable but yet powerful editor to create php scripts?

I use dreamweaver to make scripts, but notepad can be just as good. :P

Main thing is to learn php, the software then used doens't matter much.
