Tried to do this without help but now I need HELP!

I understand .rar is compressed file, cannot find utility which recognizes, unzips and opens viewable file.

Any simple process will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Vargas, I have tried WinRar. I think this file is a stinker.

If WinRAR cannot recognize it's own format, how about TESTING the file with the same utility: WinRAR.

Can you please elucidate on the problem you have? Perhaps let us know more so we can help more? :)
