I suppose it could.. I'm pretty sure as of now they are going after the BIG-TIME sharers rahter then downloaders. You'll probaly get a warning from your ISP about bandwith usage before anything big would happen. That's when I would be careful.

yes and no, it might and it might not, no way of telling that but less is better i guess.
if you want to make it hard for the riaa use a socks5 proxy you can get them from my sig "proxies"

somebody said that if u download 7mb of files a day or something that u can get sued or something 2 that effect i cant remember the exact number.
