Does anybody have a suggestion for burning *.bin files and what the users preference is?
I've got winISO & ISOBuster to open, view and unpack but prefer Nero to make my own images for upload, what's the format we ALL want as standard? Warcraft III for e.g was a HUGE d/l but the block size was unusual, I managed to unpack with WinISO and burn with Nero but after install it still needs a no CD crack, anyone know what it could've been burned with? Or anyway to tell?

If there's some sort of copy protection on the original cd you will probably still need the no cd crack. If that info hasn't been included in the image you can't add it at burntime.

It is possible to include the info in a bin/cue fileset (probably other formats too) IF you can read the info in the first place, but most people can't.

Alternatively, Daemon tools has some built in copy-protection cracking (for Safedisc, Securom and laserlok). This may solve your problem.

Thanks. :D Nice response. Don't suppose you've a link for the tool do you? Does this mean that the prof' rippers scoff at Nero then? The reason I ask is Warcraft isn't the only iso I've struggled with, there has to be a 'read all rip all tool'...surely (ignore the link request,I found it)
