What Is Configit.dll?

I'm trying to install a program i downloaded from kazaa, but i keep getting this error--

"This application has failed to start because CONFIGIT.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

I never heard of CONFIGIT.dll, and i can't find any mention of it on the internet. can anyone help?

virus scan sounds like its a worm/trojan

Thanks for the reply. McAfee av (current as of 2/27/04) says its clean, but a virus it sounds like.
