i'm from uk i have tiscali broadband 512k it has been going great downloading at 50-70 no its doin 20-30 ne suggestions

have you checked for spy-ad ware ? :)

get a program that can see whats goin on the net and whats downloading.
there might be a program uploading or downloading.
is windows update running?
