Can't Find Someone On Kazaalite?

I would be very grateful if someone could help me. I am trying to find files from one of my mates but can't seem to find his shared files, he has version 1.7 and I have 2.0 He can't find any of my files either, but we can both download other files. Can anyone tell me how to find his files or tell me why I can't???

As of now, its not possible on any version of Kazaa... you can try chat programs to send each other files or you can use WiNMX (http://www.winmx.com) and one of you can create a room and then you'll be able to see each others files... or if you plan on doing alot of files exchanges with your friend i highly recommend this program

:D You can also use Soulseek (http://www.slsk.org/)and create chat rooms and find your buddy that way,KazzA needs chat rooms,they are behind the times when it comes to some things. :D
