Error Getting List/initializing Forever

I guess the titles tell my problem.... but I basically cant view a number of people's list and also files that I have had queued, because the people have been offline, now who are online... those downloads stay stuck at initializing. What to do? Any clues??

SS has been a mess last days, lots of problems for a lot of people. Not connecting, Limbo, Privileges lost etc
