i just searched

"no$gb" 1st site that pops up works so plz remember to google.

EDIT: However i suggest using Visual Boy Advance (http://vba.ngemu.com/downloads.shtml) way better emulator and doesn't make you pay to play colour games like no$gb (you can also play Gameboy Advance games on it) my recomendation and i'm sure any other VBA users)
