the bittorent slow the internet

when i use bittorent the internet is very very very slow in the explorer... 15 to open google.. how i fix it? is there is any software? or configuration?.. 10x..

Slow down your speeds or get a faster internet connection.

just lower the max down/upload speed for bittorrent.

You can use also netlimiter (http://www.netlimiter.com/index.php) to set min/max ul/dl rates per application
