Just got a hold of a Asus P4B and a 2.4 GHz Prescott cpu, and I’m having problems booting up. Basically nothing is showing up, I check the video card and memory and all worked fine in another system, but since this is the only mobo and I have I cannot tell which is causing the problem. So anyone can help me out here?

do the lights on the pc light or is it dead?
when the pc is turned on dose the hdrive spin?? ect...
