Vantec cable sleeving how do i put it on

Hi,
i bought vantec blue cable sleeving for my power cables inside the pc. Now i have hit a problem. Do i need to take of the molex connectors to put the sleeving over my cables is this correct ????n e one got n e images better than the ones on the vantex website. I have vantecs molex connectors already on os have the tool to remove the connectors so n e help on how to put the sleeving on.
