I guess you could just delete the program manually. Delete it from Program Files, delete all its shortcuts, and all traces of it on your HDD and in the registry.

Reinstall, then uninstall in safemode then use any decent Regcleaner to remove completely . What is the program by the way ?

Run the original setup files once more. As if you are going to "install" it. This time look specifically for the option to remove the application from your system. Many applications can only be removed in this way.

You can just go to the program file, delete the directory that contains the program. Use a registry cleaner, and then use another program to delete the entry in the Add/Remove programs. BAm! Its like the program was never there.
