Goem, Tophos and ilovetorrents also have quite a few.
As do TL, Bitsoup, Revtt and ofcourse Demonoid.
For upcoming check onlydvdrips.com (only 46 or so yet)
For tougher invites X264 and Kg (non-mainstream movies) have lots of xvids.

for DVDR its gotta be pisexy or wildbytes
I use Revtt for DVD-R's and I always get maxed speeds and I heard TL is even better(Or is it?

I'd prefer straight dvd rips.
but if not then xvid is alright, as long as it's good quality.
