Why? If a BitTorrent site is uploading stuff within 10 minutes of pre, there is an almost certainty that they [the site/staff] has axx. Anything like that will get shut down in a matter of days. It's not a matter of if it will, it's a matter of when. Just check any of the previous posts advertising scene dumps on the blog. None of them still exist.

RS and MU survive on the concept that they aren't responsible for what their users upload and take down copyrighted files when notified. Public sites such as these where the sole intention is to profit off copyrighted files will be taken down without a second thought.

That would cost 50$ or more per month just to get your downloads a little faster. Anybody paying for P2L would be throwing their money away. All trackers have at least some members or staff who have scene axx, if they are legit. Nobody is going to sell it to someone they don't trust. If they do they could find themselves losing it quickly.

If your not active, like active in the forums and irc, forget it. Ask around and you may get a scam most likely, unless you deal with friends.

Your point? There will always be people willing to spend the extra dosh - Whether it's to by pass throttling, to access to ever lasting content at good speeds - something which BitTorrent suffers to maintain.

Trust is rarely an issue in the P2L world... if a BT site is desperate, they will sell to anybody.

Why not just pay for rapidshare or megaupload then. It's much cheaper, there are more files, pre-times (depending on which site you get your links from) can be just as fast as most topsites, and download speeds are steady.
