IMHO, if you own your own site, thats the best way to go for hosting your images and files as they will never get deleted. But if you dont have one, I would recommend this one as a secondary:

Rapidshare.com (i'm aware you only have rapidshare.de, imo rapidshare.com is better and more widely used)
Upload-Limit: Unlimited (100mb per file) Download-Limit: Unlimited Waiting times + slower speeds if you are a free user. Premium accounts available. All file types allowed. |
