I have broadband at 4mbps down/384 Kbs up

doesn't broadband mean any high speed internet connection? Thats what i always thought it meant. I guess for broadband you are meaning a cable connection..?

T1 is 1.5megabits down.

Also, yeah. DrBeerMan is right, broadband encompases anything over 128KBps down.

In work I have 1024/256 and at home I have 524/256.
