Arrow Heaviest song ever (metal/rock)?
My nominations would have to be:

1) Slipknot - Eeyore
2) Slipknot - Skin Ticket (jesus christ, this song is slow which makes it a million times more heavier)
3) Slipknot - The Heretic Anthem
4) Slipknot - Duality
5) Slipknot - (sic)
6) Anything off of MFKR from Slipknot
7) Avenged Sevenfold - Won't Be Seeing You Tonight Part 2
8) Inside Out - Anthrax
9) Pretty much anything by Killswitch Engage
10) Metallica - Seek and Destroy
11) Static-X - Get to the Gone

just off the top of my head, post ur nominees

The Melvins could beat up Slipknot.

And Crowbar would be making out with Slipknot's 15 year old girlfriends while it happens.

dimmu borgir - puritania (just plain brutal)

unearth - only the people (particularily 3:01 - the end)

devin townsend - truth (it's all the production, but its badass anyways)

hatebreed - last breath (esp the live ozzfest 2001 version)

killswitch engage - my last serenade

bleeding through - rise

martyr ad - american hollow (the constant double bass combined with the fast tempo gets your head swinging)

[old] in flames - clayman
[not-so-old] in flames - only for the weak
[nu] in flames - dial 595-escape

most precious blood - heroes and conspiracies (ever heard someone scream that hard?)

if you're head is still attached please ask for more.
