I use NZBrUs (http://www.nzbsrus.com/index.php) almost all the time. They do have a download limit though if you download from the site. It's limited to five downloads a day for a regular free account. You can upgrade to Vip to get limitless downloads.
But...you can just download straight from their IRC channel, and get unlimited downloads. So it's kind of stupid to pay for Vip(unless you wanna support the site). There's a tutorial on how to download from their IRC channel in their Site & Forum Support board. It's a really fast site, and really categorized.
