Paul and VB are the only ones who can ban people - the reason the spamming was going on unchecked was quite simply that Paul wasn't here yet.
Now the poor mods have to do a 'find all posts by this member' for all those aliases and delete all of them :( , while Paul has to monitor new members and ban them if they are Killa_Sin again...
It's all pretty pathetic - civilisation can be brought to its knees by some lowlife with nothing better to do than annoy people.

I noticed there still were people responding to the spam.
Bear in mind that the Mods/Admins have to remove every spam post, and the replies to those as well.
I know it's very hard to see somebody acting like an ass and not saying something about it, but in this case it's the best solution. ;)

That's a good point. We should all ignore those posts. Stop responding to them. The less attention we give them the better. That seems to be the only reason they do it, to get attention. If we don't give them the attention they will get bored. Maybe even as bored as we are with them.

A lot of our nice users are going through these AOL systems to. We don't wanna ban them.
Hope you will take the time to do as Paul said name date and time to report to abuse...

Last night, a banned member registered with different accounts and started spamming the Board.
At the same time Mathea had banned somebody else from the KLchat, who decided to spam the board as well, so we had 2 spammers at the same time. :blink:

Unfortunately they'll always be trouble makers on messages boards and in chat rooms, which spoil it for the more "mature" people. I really don't understand why people try to upset others just for the hell of it, even when they know they'll be caught out at their pathetic little games :(

We've got a similar problem at ZP
We threatened a guy to quit spamming/trolling, he wouldn't, so we banned him, then he came back and bitched about it, so we banned him
He was up to about 18 new names a day, each of those names require a new email adress, plus, we were blocking IP's, thats a lot of switching around just to post virus's and spam our news, but the prick persists on a daily basis
