a8n-e mobo not displayin monitor

any clues? i plugged in both power cables into the mobo
there is no post, i pulled out the ram and everything except the video card and cpu and there is still no beeping
the motherboard status light is on and so is the case light
when i turned everything onthe first time the drives seemed to work, fans seemed to spin
oh yea the fan on the video card works

Try clear CMOS.

Maybe you could give us a little background. Is this something that you recently put together or was it running and just failed?

yeah, what is the full name and manufacturer of your mobo, im thinking your talking about the asus, but i dont know

yes asus A8N-E, i just put it together right now, there are other posts in other forums w/ this same problem and no one seems to be able to fix it =/
