right click 'my computer' -> 'properties' -> 'advanced' -> 'startup and recovery settings' -> uncheck 'automatically restart'
Write down the error you get.
Also tell us what a 'regular task' is.

A regular task for me is talking on aim or msn, also surfing the internet with opera or manging some files.

"Manging" files can freeze a PC easily.
Is this a regular occurance or just every once in a while?

I already had the latest drivers. But i updated again with these:
ForceWare Release 80
Version: 84.21
Release Date: March 17, 2006
WHQL Certified*
What if that doesn't solve the problem?
