My current computer is using 300 watt power supply and here are the specs of my comp:

i want to upgrade the graphics card to this
http://www.cclonline.com/product-info.asp?product_id=3083&category_id=126&manufacturer_id=0
do u think my power is ok or do i need to have a bigger one. Also since this is AGP would u recommend me getting this or waiting and in the long run going for a PCIe
Also as far as ram goes will this one be ok to get:

Again same question this is DDR would it be best to save money and go in the long run with a DDR2 one
Thanks

Doesn't say what brand PSU you've got.

Define "long run" please.
Ultimately yes, you'd be better off getting a whole new, more modern system, but maybe this one is close to your expectations and just needs a bit of polishing up to be suitable for a while longer.
No way of knowing till you define what your expectations are.
