If I remember correctly, there is a base sourcecode upon which most sites are based. Can someone tell me the name of the package and where I can get it?

found it, it's torrentbits/TBsource and it's available on sourceforge. However, it hasn't recently been worked on.

Thats where alot of sites are getting their sources now. Alot of coders exchange codes on there too. Good luck getting started.

if u or a friend that is willing to help don't have some knowlegde in PHP/MySQL i don't recommend u starting a tracker...
